Seaweed Guacamole

Guacamole is one of those recipes that comes together quickly, using just a handful of ingredients, yet leaves plenty of room for a lot of variation. In this version, we’ve used Arctic Ocean Greens, stirring through the avocado to add a subtle umami note that complements the lime and garlic without overpowering them.
The result is a well-balanced dip that feels familiar, with a slightly new flavour. It can be made in minutes and served straight away, with classic tortilla chips or fresh vegetables. You can also add Arctic Ocean Greens to your own guacamole recipe, adjusting the amount to taste.
Instructions:
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the stones and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash lightly with a fork, keeping some texture.
- Finely chop the shallot and mince the garlic.
- Add the shallot, garlic, lime juice and olive oil to the bowl.
- Stir in the Arctic Ocean Greens, black pepper and Arctic Seaweed Salt.
- Mix gently until well combined, adjusting seasoning to taste.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, vegetables, or as a topping for your dishes.
