Ocean Truffle Salt wird mit Seetrüffel gemacht, einer Alge, die nach weißem Trüffel und Austern schmeckt, mit Noten von Knoblauch und Pfeffer darunter. Dazu gibt es nichts Vergleichbares, und es tut Erstaunliches für Eier, Kartoffeln und in Butter oder Öl.

Arctic Furikake ist eine Streuwürze nach japanischer Art: Alge mit marinierten Sesamsamen und Puffreis. Gut auf Avocadobrot, auf Reis, im Salat oder über dem Spiegelei.

Dunkle Schokolade mit Zuckertang wird aus hochwertigen Kakaobohnen aus Ghana von Chocolatier Craig Alibone hergestellt, mit Stückchen säuerlichem Zuckertang aus Lofoten.

What is Ocean Truffle?

Ocean Truffle is our name for sea truffle (Vertebrata lanosa), a small red seaweed we hand-harvest in Lofoten. It isn't a mushroom: the name comes from its flavour, which is remarkably close to real truffle.

What does Ocean Truffle Salt taste like?

White truffle and oysters, with notes of garlic and pepper underneath. It's at its best on eggs and potatoes, or stirred into butter or oil.

Which allergens are in the box?

Arctic Furikake contains sesame, wheat and soy, and may contain traces of lactose. The chocolate contains soya and may contain traces of milk, almonds and hazelnuts. Ocean Truffle Salt is gluten-free and vegan.

When do I need to order for delivery before Christmas?

Order by 16 December for delivery within Norway (PostNord) and by 12 December for the EU. For the rest of the world, delivery times vary, so contact us if you're unsure and we'll help you find the best option.

Can I send it as a gift?
