Das meiste, was wir herstellen, ist vegan oder vegetarisch, aber dies ist wohl eine der vielseitigsten Mischungen aus den rein veganen! Perfekt für alle, die neue Aromen entdecken und dabei auf tierisches Protein verzichten wollen.

Arctic Ocean Greens ist gemahlener Lappentang und atlantischer Flügeltang, sonst nichts. Kein Salz, keine Füllstoffe. Es vertieft den Geschmack von fast allem, worin Sie es verwenden, und bringt eine Menge Mineralstoffe und Algengüte mit.

Geräuchertes Algensalz ist derselbe Flügeltang, kalt über Buchenholz geräuchert und dann mit norwegischem Meersalz gemischt. Lagerfeuer-Aroma ohne Lagerfeuer.

Algenperlen sind unsere Antwort auf Kaviar, aus geräuchertem Wakame. Sie behalten ihr Grün, ihr Umami und ihren Biss auch nach dem Kochen. Auf Reis, auf Eiern, oder auf allem, was einen kleinen Schuss Meer verträgt.

Organic wakame (Alaria esculenta) 95%, organic wild dulse (Palmaria palmata) 5%.

Nutritional values per 100g: Energy KJ/Kcal (869/208), Fat (2.2g), Carbohydrates (17g), of which sugars (0.1g), Fibre (41.4g), Protein (9.7g), Salt (3.5g).

This product contains 38.35mg iodine per 100g. Recommended daily intake is 0.15mg, upper daily limit 0.6mg. Too much iodine intake can affect thyroid function.

Smoked Seaweed Salt

Sea salt 87%, smoked wakame (Alaria esculenta) 13%.

Nutritional values per 100g: Energy KJ/Kcal (224/53), Fat (0.9g), Carbohydrates (7.2g), of which sugars (0.02g), Fibre (5.8g), Protein (1.2g), Salt (79g).

This product contains 4.94 mg iodine per 100 g. Recommended daily intake is 0.15 mg. Too much iodine intake can affect the thyroid gland.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.

Algae Pearls

Water, smoked wakame seaweed, salt, thickener E-401 (sodium alginate), acidulant E-330 (citric acid), preservative E-202.

Nutritional information per 100g: Energy 0 KJ / 0 Kcal, Fat 0.5g, of which saturates 0.1g, Carbohydrates 0.5g, of which sugars 0.5g, Protein 0.5g, Salt 2.5g.

Vacuum packed and pasteurised. No refrigeration required. Once opened, keep refrigerated between 2 and 12 ºC for up to 10 days. Do not freeze.

Gluten free, suitable for vegans.

Is everything in the box vegan?

Yes. All three products are 100% plant-based, including the pearls, which are made from seaweed, not fish roe.

What is dulse?

Dulse (Palmaria palmata) is a red seaweed from the North Atlantic. Arctic Ocean Greens blends wild dulse with Atlantic wakame, with no salt and no filler.

What does dulse taste like?

Savoury and mildly salty, with a natural umami depth. It brings out the flavour of most dishes.

When do I need to order for delivery before Christmas?

Order by 16 December for delivery within Norway (PostNord) and by 12 December for the EU. For the rest of the world, delivery times vary, so contact us if you're unsure and we'll help you find the best option.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Add a personal gift message and enter the recipient's address as the delivery address, and we'll send the box straight to them, ready to give.
