The Asian Food Lover's Box holds Lofoten Umami, Arctic Furikake and a small bag of whole-leaf Nori, all packed in a gift box.

It's for anyone who loves Asian flavours and Norwegian-Asian fusion.

Lofoten Umami brings together winged kelp, dulse, sesame and Lofoten stockfish. Deep and savoury, amazing stirred through rice or on seafood dishes for a real fish-flavour explosion.

Arctic Furikake is seaweed with marinated sesame seeds and puffed rice, for crunch and salty goodness on avocado toast, rice bowl, eggs or a salad.

Nori is whole leaf, harvested and dried just as it came out of the sea. Tear it into miso or broths, use it in a salad - or rehydrate and deep fry it for an amazing crunchy snack.

FAQ

What is nori made of?

Nori is a red seaweed (Porphyra umbilicalis), also known as laver. Ours is whole leaf: harvested and dried as it came from the sea, not pressed into sheets.

Does nori taste fishy?

No. Nori tastes savoury and gently of the sea, not of fish. The fish flavour in this box comes from Lofoten Umami, which contains real stockfish.

Can I put nori in miso soup?

Yes. Tear it straight into miso or broth. You can also rehydrate it and deep-fry it into a crispy snack.

Does nori go bad?

Kept dry and sealed, nori keeps well. Check the best-before date on the bag.
